Effective March 18, 2013 the Exchange Game Program has been discontinued through the remainder of the 2013 season. Exchanges will no longer be accepted.
The 2013 LA Kings Exchange Program provides Full Season Ticket Members the opportunity to swap their tickets of a future game for additional tickets to one of the pre-determined exchange games below. Take advantage of our new exchange program so you can treat guests to an upcoming game, enhance your ticket usage, and maximize the value of your membership!
Important Exchange Game Program Changes & Updates From Prior Seasons
At the request of our season ticket members, the Exchange Program has been enhanced for the 2013 regular season.
Season Ticket Members may now exchange tickets ahead of time for games that have not been played for additional tickets to the designated exchange games.
Please note that we are no longer accepting unused tickets from games that have already been played. Why the change in procedures? In prior seasons, many season ticket members were missing games in the second half of the regular season when the exchange games had already past or had become sold out. Now, season ticket members can anticipate future game date conflicts and exchange tickets early!
How Do I Exchange My Tickets?
From your online account manager page, forward your tickets via email to Kings Royal Service at least FIVE (5) business days prior to the date of your selected designated exchange game.
Upon receipt of the forwarded tickets, your LA Kings Service Executive will contact you and assist with the exchange.
Once exchange tickets are processed they will be available for download through your Online Account Manager. Season ticket Members may also request tickets be emailed free of charge.

Policies, Rules & Regulations
- Tickets are subject to availability.
- Tickets can only be exchanged for seats of equal or lesser value. Limited tickets remain for the regular season, so we recommend that you take advantage of this program as early as possible. We will do our best to provide seats comparable to the location returned and if we are unable to fulfill a comparable location, a different priced category will be substituted. If the exchanged seats are less than the value of your season ticket price, you will not receive a credit. Again, tickets are subject to availability and we do expect the regular season to be sold out very soon.
- You may exchange up to three (3) games worth of unused season tickets, or a maximum of twelve (12) tickets if you have four (4) or more seats. For example: if you have two season seats, you can exchange a total of six tickets for designated exchange games during the 2013 season. If you have six season seats, you can exchange a total of 12 tickets.
- Only the Season Ticket Member named on the account can exchange unused tickets. No other persons may exchange tickets.
- Exchanged tickets cannot be exchanged again, only the original season tickets. All exchanges are final. If you exchange one or more of your unused season tickets for a designated game and cannot utilize these exchange tickets, they cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange Game Program is a Full Season Member benefit only
- Only full season tickets from the current 2013 season may be exchanged for the designated games.
- We cannot exchange unused tickets for games which are not designated exchange games (even if all designated exchange games are sold out).
Please note that exchange policies for the 2013-14 regular season have not been finalized. The above polices apply only to 2012-13 regular season games.”

TICKET DONATION PROGRAM: An opportunity to make a difference: The LA Kings are deeply involved in the greater Los Angeles community and—as a member of the team—you’re part of that mission. If you choose, you can donate tickets to our Kings Care Foundation for any games you can’t attend. To do so, simply forward your ticket information (section, row and seat numbers) via e-mail to kingscaretix@lakings.com no later than 72 hours prior to the game(s) in question. Your tickets will then be passed along to selected charities and you’ll receive a letter recognizing your donation. TICKET REPRINT POLICY:
If you have misplaced or forgotten your tickets, you can easily reprint them by choosing one of the methods below:
Log in to your Kings Account Manager online by CLICKING HERE, click “manage my tickets,” select the desired game and seats, and “Print.”
Contact your dedicated Service Executive prior to gameday
Call 1.888.KINGS.LA (1-888-546-4752) to speak with any available Service Executive
When contacting a Kings Representative about a reprint, please be as specific as possible. Please specify the game date, opponent, and exact seating locations (Section/Row/Seat Numbers) to be reprinted. Also, please state the desired email address for delivery.
All tickets will be emailed via TicketFast. Tickets will not be left in Will Call or mailed.
Any reprints done day-of-game at the STAPLES Center Box Office or through the Kings Ticket Office that are left at Will Call are subject to a $10 fee.
Tickets will NOT be reprinted more than once.

• STAPLES Center Ice Time: Play on the STAPLES Center ice for one hour before or after the game.
• Youth Hockey Intermission: Kids can show their stuff in front of 18,000 hockey fans at select home games.
• Coaches Chalk Talk: Get a private strategy session from an LA Kings Coach, Alumnus, or Broadcaster for your group. It’s especially great for youth teams!
• Tunnel Team: Your youth group can cheer the LA Kings as they make their way from the locker room to the ice. It’s one of the most exciting ways to start the game!

Parking Lot Hours of Operation: Parking lots 1 and C will open two and a half hours prior to
the start of an event. All other lots will open 90 minutes prior to the start of an event and will remain staffed 60 minutes after an event. No overnight parking or in-and-out privileges are permitted.

YOUR TICKET IS REVOCABLE: Your ticket is a revocable license to attend games. It may be withdrawn, and admission refused, at the discretion of the LA Kings. If your ticket is revoked, your purchase price will be refunded. By using your ticket, you agree to not transmit (or aid in transmitting) any description, account, picture, video, audio, or any other kind of reproduction of the event that the ticket admits you to. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), auction, or any other commercial purpose without the written consent of the LA Kings or the National Hockey League.
ACT RIGHT OR GO HOME: Just like you, everybody goes to an LA Kings game to have a good time, including families with kids. That’s why unruly, offensive, inappropriate, and especially hostile behavior will get you a visit from LA Kings staff, STAPLES Center security and in extreme cases, LAPD. You may find yourself immediately ejected from the game, which defeats the whole purpose of owning Season Tickets in the first place. And if you’re way out of line, criminal prosecution is not out of the question. Repeated instances of unacceptable behavior by you or your guests can be cause for revoking your Season Tickets permanently. So think about it: if you wouldn’t do it/say it/yell it in front of your mom, you probably shouldn’t do it here.
SECURITY AT YOUR SERVICE: If you’re having a problem with another fan, or have a safety concern of any kind, please don’t take matters into your own hands. Security personnel are in uniform located throughout STAPLES Center. They’re here to help everyone enjoy the game safely. They’re actually very friendly, so please feel free to bring any concerns to their attention.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: For the comfort and safety of all fans, there are a few things we ask you not to bring to STAPLES Center. These include: food, cans, bottles, or other beverage containers. The only exception is unopened plastic water bottles, one liter or smaller. Alcoholic beverages and narcotics are also not allowed. Because we’ve seen some really nasty bonking incidents involving unsuspecting, unwary fans, we also have to ask that you leave frisbees, beach balls and other tossable toys at home. Noise-making devices are annoying to most people and are therefore banned. Video and movie cameras are also banned. And it goes without saying that all weapons including, but not limited to, firearms and knives are completely out of the question. Staff also reserves the right to ban any other items that might be considered inappropriate or dangerous.
CAMERAS: Small, handheld cameras without telephoto lenses are permitted inside STAPLES Center. Video or movie cameras are not. Images recorded inside STAPLES Center must not be reproduced for any commercial use without written permission of the LA Kings, the NHL and STAPLES Center.
FLAGS, BANNERS AND SIGNS: We love it when fans bring homemade signs and banners to show support for the team, and possibly attract the attention of television cameras. We don’t love it when these signs block the view of other fans or have offensive messages. So keep the following rules in mind: signs should be no larger than 11 inches by 17 inches. And please, no offensive language or messages, as determined by the sole discretion of the LA Kings and
Staples Center.
SCALPING: ALWAYS A BAD IDEA: We want to keep LA Kings hockey affordable for everyone. That’s why resale, or attempted resale, of any ticket is prohibited. If you try to resell your Season Tickets, they can be revoked without compensation. So instead of a few extra bucks, you’ll end up with nothing. To avoid counterfeit tickets, only sell/buy through an authorized ticket outlet, box office, or use our Kings TicketExchange resale service.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS:Your Season Tickets are very valuable, so if they are stolen, you must call the police and file a report. Bring a copy of the police report to the STAPLES Center box office and your tickets will be reprinted. Tickets that have been lost, forgotten, eaten by dogs or destroyed in other ways will only be reprinted if STAPLES Center is able to verify that the person requesting the reprint is the named account holder for the season tickets. You should also know that there is a $10 per ticket reprint fee, so try to keep your tickets safe, protected from thieves, out of the reach of children, pets and paper shredders. To avoid any fees or box office lines you can reprint your tickets online by logging onto My Kings Account at LAKINGS.COM/seasontix.
FIRST AID: STAPLES Center has professionally staffed First Aid Centers in a number of locations. In case of a medical emergency, talk to the nearest STAPLES Center employee and they will direct you to the nearest First Aid Center.
QUESTIONS? GUEST RELATIONS IS HERE FOR YOU: If you have general questions or need information while you’re visiting STAPLES Center, stop by one of the Guest Relations stations located on the concourses. STAPLES Center employees will be glad to provide any information you need.
ACCESSIBILITY IS A PRIORITY: The LA Kings and STAPLES Center want all fans, regardless of physical ability, to get the most from every game. You’ll find wheelchair-accessible seating available for all LA Kings games in all price ranges. If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact a STAPLES Center representative.
SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY: For the safety and enjoyment of all fans, only bona fide service animals are permitted inside STAPLES Center. If a service animal poses a threat to other fans, it must be escorted off the premises.
KIDS TICKETS AND SEATING: Kids under three years of age do not need a ticket to attend games, as long as they sit in an adult’s lap throughout the game. However, if they have their own seat, a ticket is required. Children three years and older always need to have their own ticket.
NO TAILGATING: To keep our parking lots safe and clean, STAPLES Center has a no-tailgating policy. Tailgate parties and picnics are not permitted in any STAPLES Center parking lots before, during or after games.
KEEP AISLES CLEAR: Aisles can sometimes be needed for prompt emergency service. For the comfort and safety of your fellow fans, standing or sitting in the aisles, or standing behind the last row of seats, is prohibited.
DANGER: FLYING PUCKS: Unlike some other sports played with cushiony-soft inflated balls, the rugged sport of hockey is played with hard pucks that can sometimes leave the ice and enter the stands at a high rate of speed. Serious injury can occur if you do not remain alert at all times, including after play has stopped.
CLEAN-AIR POLICY: The seating area of STAPLES Center is a smoke-free environment. If you need to light up, STAPLES Center staff can direct you to designated smoking areas.
LOST AND FOUND: All found items should be turned in to Guest Services. At the end of all games, Guest Services will hand all unclaimed items over to the Security Department. If you have lost an item, please contact Guest Services promptly at 213.742.7278.
NO RE-ENTRY: STAPLES Center has a no re-entry policy during all events. Please don’t attempt to re-enter the building after you have exited.
