Exchange unused season tickets for select future regular season games designated by the Los Angeles Kings.  With most sports teams, you miss out when you miss a game, but the LA Kings are pleased to offer Full and Half Season Ticket Members exchange privileges so you can treat guests to a game and get added value from your season tickets.
  • To exchange tickets, contact your Kings Account Executive during normal business hours, at least 48 hours prior to requested game.  The STAPLES Center Box Office CANNOT exchange tickets; all exchange requests MUST go through the LA Kings Ticket Office.  Ticket exchanges will NOT be handled at the STAPLES Center Box Office on game nights.  All exchanged tickets will be available on Kings Account Manager to print/forward until two (2) hours prior to game time.
  • You may exchange up to three games worth of unused season tickets, or a maximum of twelve (12) tickets.  For example: if you have four season seats, you can exchange a total of twelve tickets for designated exchange games during the 2011-12 season.  Trade in your allotment for one designated game or various designated games – it’s up to you!
  • Tickets can only be exchanged for seats of equal or lesser value, and are subject to availability.  Because tickets are subject to limited availability, we recommend that you take advantage of this program as early as possible.  There is the possibility of designated exchange games selling out.
  • Only the Season Ticket Member named on Account can exchange unused tickets.  No other persons may exchange tickets.
  • No future games can be exchanged.  An unused ticket is a ticket to a past game which you could not attend.
  • Exchange tickets cannot be exchanged, only season tickets.  All exchanges are final.  If you exchange one or more of your unused season tickets for a designated game and cannot utilize these exchange tickets, they cannot be exchanged.
  • Only tickets from the current season can be exchanged for the designated games.  Tickets from previous seasons will not be accepted for exchanges.
  • We cannot exchange unused tickets for games which are not designated exchange games (even if all designated exchange games are sold out).  If all designated exchange games are sold out you may exchange your tickets for preseason tickets for the following season by calling your Kings Account Executive at 1.888.KINGS.LA (546.4752) and making the appropriate arrangements.

All Exchange Games are sold out. You may exchange unused 2011-12 tickets for a 2012 Preseason Game. Please contact your account Executive for information.
