Round Up: Western Conference Finals Predictions
We\'ve scoured the internet to see who the professionals pick in the LA vs Chicago series.

WHO: ESPN’S PIERRE LEBRUN

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 7 (OT)

WORD OF MOUTH: “I just think the Blackhawks are rested and have home-ice advantage, which might just be the sliver of a difference they need. But it's going to be awfully close. Toss-up of a series for me.”

WHO: ESPN’S SCOTT BURNSIDE

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 6

WHO: SPORTS ILLUSTRATED

THEIR CALL: KINGS IN 7

WORD OF MOUTH: “The Hawks won (against Minnesota) on brief outbursts of excellence rather than be establishing themselves as the superior team. They won’t beat the Kings like that. Consider how Jonathan Quick shut the opposition down when it mattered most–he allowed just two goals in the last three games against San Jose and three in the final two games to Anaheim. If he finds that intensity early in the series, L.A. will have the edge it needs.”

WHO: YAHOO! PUCK DADDY’S SEAN LEAHY

THEIR CALL: KINGS IN 6

WORD OF MOUTH: “I fully expect the Kings to continue their streakiness by dropping the first two games against Chicago before Jonathan Quick once again turns into Conn Smythe Jonathan Quick and helps backstop LA to a second Cup Final in three seasons.”

WHO: BLEACHER REPORT’S JONATHAN WILLIS

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 7

WORD OF MOUTH: “However, it's still awfully hard to pick Los Angeles. The Kings have injuries on the back end, a goaltender who has been hit and miss and they have shown a tendency to let inferior opponents take control for long stretches of a series.”

WHO: SB NATION’S GREG BOYSEN

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 6

WORD OF MOUTH: “In the end I think the fatigue of playing back to back seven game series and the depth of the Blackhawks will be too much for the Kings to overcome.”

WHO: THE CANADIAN PRESS’ LARRY LAGE

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 6

WHO: CBS SPORTS’ CHRIS PETERS

THEIR CALL: KINGS IN 7

WORD OF MOUTH: “The Kings are going to give this club fits with their strong four lines, ability to possess the puck at a consistent level and their newfound scoring prowess.”

WHO: USA TODAY’S KEVIN ALLEN

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 7

WORD OF MOUTH: “Blackhawks will be unfazed by whatever the Kings throw at them. They patiently will win this series in seven games.”

WHO: CBC’S MIKE BROPHY

THEIR CALL: BLACKHAWKS IN 6

WORD OF MOUTH: “It isn't often a team can survive a three-game losing streak in the Stanley Cup playoffs; let alone two three-game losing streaks. Yet that is exactly what the Kings have done this spring. There is no doubt the Kings have all the ingredients to win their second Stanley Cup in three seasons, but they seem to sleepwalk through games until they have a gun to their head before they get serious again.”
