Kings To Host Ducks In Game 3\r\nOf Second Round Tomorrow Night\r\nAt Staples Center
The Los Angeles Kings will host Game 3 of their Second Round series against the Anaheim Ducks tomorrow, Thursday, at STAPLES Center with game-time set for 7 p.m.
LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings will host Game 3 of their Second Round series against the Anaheim Ducks tomorrow, Thursday, at STAPLES Center with game-time set for 7 p.m.

The Kings encourage all fans to arrive to the arena early to once again enjoy all the pre-game festivities. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats early for the pre-game show set to begin at 6:45 p.m.

Before the game, the Kings will host a Fan Fest outside of STAPLES Center (on Star Plaza and on the street) featuring a hockey rink, interactive games, and a DJ. The Fan Fest begins at 4:30 p.m. and many of the Kings partners – including Coke, Lemonheads, The Petros & Money Show, LA Times, CA Lottery, FOX Sports West, a Beer Garden and Alberta, Canada – will be featured as part of the pre-game enjoyment.

VIP Doors in the arena open at 5 p.m. and all doors open at 5:30 p.m. Rally Towels presented by McDonald’s, Toyota, San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino, Mercury Insurance and Travel Alberta will be given to all fans as they enter. The puck is slated to be dropped at 7:15 p.m.

For the fifth straight season, the LA Kings are participating in the “Beard-A-Thon,” a philanthropic initiative where fans are encouraged to grow a Playoff Beard and help raise money for the Kings Care Foundation. On Thursday (Game Three) and Saturday (Game Four), stop by the Kings Care Foundation booth (section 103 on the main concourse) to purchase player-autographed Mother’s Day cards for $25. There are a limited number of these plant-able cards available, so get yours before they are gone!

To celebrate the playoffs, the Kings Care Foundation is asking local classrooms and schools to display their LA Kings pride. The classroom with the most pride will win an LA Kings Prize Pack and a Pizza Hut Pizza Party. TEAM LA will have many products to commemorate the first ever playoff battle for Southern California. Items include T-shirts, Hats, Novelties and the exclusive Bailey Hunting T-shirt.

Game Three will be broadcast locally on the NBC Sports Network and KEIB AM 1150 The Patriot followed by the popular call-in show Kings Talk. TV coverage will also feature a post-game show on Prime Ticket immediately following the game.
