The Business Of Hockey Operations Event April 24
The LA Kings Fan Development Department will host the final installment of the 2013-14 Business Of Hockey Series on Thursday, April 24 at the Regal Theatres at LA Live. This speaker series will feature a panel of Hockey Operations\/Player Development and Scouting members of the Kings organization.
The LA Kings Fan Development Department will host the final installment of the 2013-14 Business Of Hockey Series on Thursday, April 24 at the Regal Theatres at LA Live.  This speaker series will feature a panel of Hockey Operations/Player Development and Scouting members of the Kings organization.

Presenting will be Nelson Emerson (Player Development), Rob Laird (Director of Pro Scouting) and Mike O’Connell (Development and Special Assignments).

Designed for sports fans with an interest in scouting, player development, drafting, and receiving a behind the scenes look at the world of the team operations side of the business, the session will help attendees better understand what scouts look for, how they develop players’ skills, and what systems they have in place to organize these invaluable activities.  Kings Alumnus and Radio Color Commentator Daryl Evans will be hosting the event.

Registration is as follows: $40 for the Speaker Panel only; or packages are available starting at $104 that include the Speaker Panel and one ticket to Game 4 of the First Round series between the Kings and Sharks (subject to availability).

Schedule:
4:30 p.m. – Speak Panel Begins
6:00 p.m. – Speak Panel Ends
7:30 p.m. – Kings vs. Sharks
