Last night at Staples Center, the Los Angeles Kings clinched their 5th consecutive season in the playoffs. And boy, the team wouldn't shut up about it! Well, there were at least two guys for the Kings last night that knew how to celebrate.

LA TOURISM BOARD:

Tonight, the LA Kings take on the team that should be their eventual 1st Round opponent, the San Jose Sharks. Now, I know a lot of people give Sharks fans grief for being a bunch of lemmings who really know nothing about the sport of hockey... but I think that stereotype might be finally going away.

Last season, we followed the LA Kings stretch against the Pacific Division using PACTRAK... but this year, our good pals at THXBUD (the blog that you will probably all be reading instead of The Royal Half eventually) has decided to track the LA Kings final 6 games against the Pacific Division in a much more indie rock fashion.
