KINGS POINTS LEADER vs INJURED JOHN TAVARES UPDATE:

ARE THE KINGS IN THE PLAYOFFS?:

Yes.

LooKING Back:

Saturday night at Staples Center, the LA Kings played so well in a 4-2 victory against the Winnipeg Jets that you have to think that the players got a big kick out of it.

Jon Quick Scorpion Save - The Royal Half

Man, have you EVER seen a goalie make a save like that?

Man, have you EVER seen a hockey goalie make a save like that?

Ugh, you guys are so annoying.

Not Too Shabby, Says Anze Kopitar - The Royal Half

Anze Kopitar thinks those saves were not too shabby.

LA TOURISM BOARD:

The Minnesota Wild come to Staples Center 4-4-2 in their last 10, but since the Phoenix Coyotes, Dallas Stars and Vancouver Canucks are all awful... the Wild have been able to hold on to the 1st Wild Card position in the West. Now when Minnesota comes to LA on March 31st... it can only make LA Kings fans think of one thing...

2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series - Anaheim Ducks v Los Angeles Kings

It's Baseball season!

That's right, the only sport with a more pointless regular season than hockey starts today! And you know what that means... lots of hockey/baseball crossover the next few weeks!

Ok... anyone else super confused about which baseball team Mike Richards likes?

So this is the perfect opportunity to remind you all about one of the greatest websites on the internet...

Drew Doughty In Blue Jays Hats dot Tumblr dot Com!!!

That's right, one of Drew Doughty's biggest accomplishments as a Los Angeles King isn't his Norris Trophy nomination nor the Stanley Cup he has won. No, it's getting everyone on the LA Kings roster to wear a Toronto Blue Jays hat.

Or most noticeably... Anze Kopitar.

Miss you, boo.

Well no matter what team the LA Kings players cheer for... I'm sure they are totally passionate about the franchise and its history, right? RIGHT?!?
