KINGS POINTS LEADER vs INJURED JOHN TAVARES UPDATE:
9 games left to get 7 points. Can Kopitar do it?
LooKING Back:Tuesday night in Washington DC, the LA Kings beat the Washington Capitals 5-4 in a wild game that had the goal-lights flashing non-stop!!!
Boy... they have really trimmed the budget in DC, haven't they?
And also on Tuesday night, one of the most defining photographs of Jaroslav Halak's career was taken:
The LA Kings are easily playing some of their best hockey of the season right now... and that makes me want to high-five everyone I see!
Or what ever the Slovenian equivalent of a high-five is.
I'm starting to think that Anze Kopitar only has one move when it comes to celebrating.
I know, crazy! Right, Mike Richards?
LA TOURISM BOARD:
There is a lot of concern in Pittsburgh these days. No, not over the incredible amount of injuries the Penguins are dealing with... but rather how much time is being wasted by people in Pittsburgh and across the world playing 2048!!!
I still can't beat 2048...new plan, introduce friends and family to it so they can also be hopelessly frustrated. @mlse— Hil Culp (@HilCulp) March 26, 2014
For people that don't know, 2048 is an online game that is sweeping the nation right now in which the goal is to move tiles around a grid and fuse two tiles with the same number on them together in order to create a higher-numbered tile.
Images via the 2048 app.
The goal is to create a 2048 tile. Now there have been several knock-off versions of 2048 created over the past week... and PumperNicholl thought he'd join in the fun with the official 2048: Darryl Sutter GIF Edition!
I can never unsee this.
Go here to play! If the early reviews mean anything... this could be the best version of 2048 yet!

@PumperNicholl I tried to play the Darryl Suter 2048 but it was like he was staring into my soul— Daniel O'Connell (@peace_feet) March 26, 2014
@PumperNicholl Oh my god. If I can beat this, I've truly mastered 2048.— Eric (@hailrover) March 26, 2014
@hailrover it’s hard bc Darryl just judges you the whole time. I’m trying to beat my score because I’ve got a lot going for me right now.— Hi, I'm Diane. (@akadianephan) March 27, 2014
@PumperNicholl I love and hate you so hard right now— adriana (@BlackOrchidIII) March 26, 2014
