Travel Alberta Brings “World’s Largest Interactive Inflatable Dome” To Nokia Plaza L.A. Live
LOS ANGELES – As part of the Kings-Florida Panthers game at STAPLES Center on Saturday, March 22, at 1 p.m., Travel Alberta will be taking over Nokia Plaza L.A. LIVE and the takeover will include a six-story inflatable dome -- Alberta Immersive Experience Dome -- that will bring Alberta to Los Angeles.
The Alberta Immersive Experience Dome – which runs from 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. -- features the largest inflatable dome to ever visit Los Angeles along with a state-of-the-art 360-degree immersive video. The entire experience is not to be missed.
Also, Kings mascot Bailey will be there meeting fans (photos and autographs) from 11 a.m. – Noon.

Fans will approach the dome and check in at our “Take Flight” booth where they will receive an ID bracelet. Upon entering the dome, they will be invited to participate in five (5) unique Alberta inspired stations:
a. Video Interactive – Fans will answer a short survey and in return will have a custom Alberta video emailed to them
b. Instagram Interactive – Fans will be create an “Alberta Bucket List” using user generated Instagram photos of Alberta
c. Fire Pit – An 8’ wide faux fire pit will sit in the center of the dome, allowing fans the opportunity to relax and gaze up at the amazing footage showing on the interior walls
d. Photo Shoot – Fans will have the opportunity to get their photo taken to look as if they are in Alberta, CA
e. Alberta Exhibit – Artifacts will be showcased for people to learn more about Alberta culture and activities
As fans mill about the Alberta Experience, their attention will be garnered as lights dim and cinematic music commences. Film footage will take over the interior walls of the dome as a fully immersive video of Alberta, Canada is projected. Running approximately 5 minutes long, fans will get to see majestic imagery of Alberta landscapes and culture.
The Follow UpBased upon fans interactions within the dome, they will be emailed a custom all-inclusive itinerary that they can purchase directly from Travel Alberta’s website. Additionally, fans whom visited all five stations will be entered into a sweepstakes to win an all expense paid trip to Alberta.
