KINGS POINTS LEADER vs INJURED JOHN TAVARES UPDATE:
LooKING Back:The LA Kings lost their 3rd consecutive game, 4-3 to the Phoenix Coyotes. And I just wish there was something significant about it.

Last time #LAKings lost in regulation when leading after two was the second game of the 2012-13 season. Led 1-0 after 40 at COL; lost 3-1.— Jon Rosen (@lakingsinsider) March 18, 2014

LA TOURISM BOARD:The Washington Capitals come to Staples Center with a 3 game winning streak, having beat the Anaheim Ducks last Tuesday. The Capitals are struggling for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference despite an amazing season (that has come with some criticism) by Alex Ovechkin. With much anticipated rookie forward Evgeny Kuznetsov finally in the lineuOH MY GOD WHO CARES ABOUT THE CAPITALS DID YOU SEE RYAN MILLER'S BRAND NEW ST. LOUIS BLUES MASK?!?!?!?!!?!
Ryan Miller's new mask looks like a t-shirt you'd buy outside of a tractor pull— Torque Penderloin (@AndrewCieslak) March 20, 2014
Hey, Ray Bishop from Bishop Designs... I'm no musician... but I'm pretty sure this isn't an actual note:
I'm guessing this is supposed to be a Sixteenth note? Or maybe it's a Tremolo?
A Tremolo is is a musical term describing trembling effects.
Or what Ryan Miller will be feeling when the Blues face the Kings in the playoffs.
The only thing worse than Ryan Miller's new St. Louis Blues mask is the St. Louis Blues justification for why it is so ugly.
Miller's new mask was inspired by this previous mask worn by former Blue Curtis Joseph. pic.twitter.com/L2gjOZGEy2— St. Louis Blues (@StLouisBlues) March 20, 2014
First of all... Ryan Miller's airbrushed mask of awfulness looks nothing like the great Curtis Joseph "Blue Note" mask from the early 1990s.
And second of all... despite being infinitely better than whatever it is Ryan Miller has decided to put on his head... even Curtis Joseph thought the Blue Note mask was so bad that he eventually changed it.
Well, I guess this just proves my pal Flubber McGee's theory...
... "There has never, and will never be, a Blues mask that looks good."
As created by Jesse Cohen from All The Kings Men Podcast... The Moulson Index™ highlights an opposing player from tonights game who has the opportunity to score against his former employer, the LA Kings. Tonight's Moulson Index Spotlight is:
