-Luc Robitaille set the NHL record for most career points by a left wing (March 22, 2004).
-Marcel Dionne became the first player Kings history to score 50 goals in a season (April 2, 1977).
-The Kings played their first NHL game -- a home win at Long Beach – on October 14, 1967.
-On January 18, 1968, the Kings won their first game ever in the new Forum as they topped Pittsburgh, 3-2, in front of 5,877 fans.
-Rob Blake became the first defenseman to score 100 goals in a Kings uniform (March 15, 1999).
-Dave Taylor became the first to play 1,000 games in a Kings uniform (1991-92 season).
-Luc Robitaille registered a hat trick at home on January 19, 2006 against Atlanta to become the Kings’ all-time leader in goals scored.
