LA Kings Food Drive presented by UnitedHealthcare

PrintThe annual LA Kings Food Drive, presented by UnitedHealthcare, will take place at STAPLES Center prior to two home games this month – March 21 and March 23.
The Kings will be accepting non-perishable food items and monetary donations at all entrances of STAPLES Center prior to each game. Each fan who donates will receive a Farmer John coupon and have the opportunity to win Kings prizes.
The food drives are a part of UnitedHealthcare’s “Do Good. Live Well.” volunteer initiative, whose mission is to decrease hunger and obesity. “Do Good. Live Well.” volunteers will be on-site during both food drives to collect donations.
Additionally, on Tuesday, March 26, Kings and UnitedHealthcare employees will spend the afternoon participating in a food sort-a-thon at the LA Food Bank. The LA Kings Food Drive is presented by UnitedHealthcare and proudly supported by Wells Fargo and STAPLES. Wells Fargo, a longtime supporter of the LA Kings and the LA Food Bank, will be donating $1 to the LA Food Bank for every food item donated, up to $25,000."
The Kings-Dallas game on Thursday, March 21, begins at 7:30 p.m. The Kings-Canucks game on Saturday, March 23, begins at 1 p.m.
