2011-12 INDIVIDUAL NOTES:
PLAYOFFS
-Quick, the Conn Smythe Trophy winner had a 1.41 GAA in the playoffs (third lowest in NHL playoff history among goalies with 10 GP)
-Quick’s playoff spct was .946 (tied for the highest in NHL playoff history among goalies with 10 GP)
-Brown and Kopitar tied for the NHL playoff scoring lead with 20 points apiece (each had 8-12=20)
-Doughty led all NHL defensemen in playoff scoring with 16 points
REGULAR SEASON
-Quick, a Vezina Trophy Finalist, had 35 wins (tied for second in club history)
-Quick set a club record with a 1.95 GAA, .929 spct and 10 shutouts
-Quick allowed two-or-fewer goals 46 times (31-8-7)…allowed one goal or shut out opposition 27 times (18-5-4)
-Kopitar led Kings in scoring (25-51=76 points) for the fifth straight season
-Kopitar scored 25+ goals for the fifth straight season (has 20+ goals in each of his six NHL seasons)
-The Kings were 39-22-15 with Mitchell in the lineup (74-39-20 the last two seasons)
-The Kings were 30-15-9 with Voynov in the lineup
-The Kings were 22-3-8 when Richards recorded a point
-The Kings were 13-5-3 in 21 games after the Jeff Carter trade (out-scoring opponents 63-42)

-First NHL team to have been up 3-0 in all four series in a playoff year
-The first No. 8 seed to win the Stanley Cup
-The first team to eliminate a No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 seed

-Ninth time in club history with 40 wins (have 40 wins three straight seasons)
