Ontario: Stretch Added to 2013 ECHL All-Star Classic Roster
ONTARIO, Calif. – The Ontario Reign, defending Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL’s 2012 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings, announce today that center C.J. Stretch will represent the Reign at the 2013 ECHL All-Star Classic on January 23, 2013 in Loveland, Colorado.
Stretch, a 23-year-old from Irvine, California, has appeared in 123 games with Ontario. He has earned a total of 106 points (48g, 58a) while wearing a Reign sweater. During the 2011-12 season he played 23 games for the Houston Aeros (AHL) where he added six points, all assists, to his professional totals. Stretch was named the Sher-Wood Hockey ECHL Player of the Week for the week of November 19-25.
The 2013 ECHL All-Star Classic presented by University of Colorado Health will be hosted by the Colorado Eagles at Budweiser Events Center. This year’s format features the host team taking on a team of ECHL All-Stars. Click here for more information on the 2013 ECHL All-Star Classic events.
