2012-13 Youth Hockey Skills Competition – Presented by McDonald’s
If you’re a youth hockey player in the Greater Los Angeles Area, listen up because this announcement concerns you:
Now is the time to register for the Los Angeles Kings’ 2012-13 Youth Hockey Skills Competition, presented by McDonald’s. Register on-line by visiting www.LAKings.com/skills.
This year’s competition kicks off on Friday, December 21 at LA Kings Icetown in Riverside, and the competition continues into March of 2013 when the top two highest overall ranking competitors in each age division from each participating rink will advance to the Semifinals at Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo on Saturday, March 9. The Finals are scheduled for Saturday, March 16 at STAPLES Center.*
Members of the LA Kings Ice Crew are scheduled to appear at each site throughout the competition. In addition to McDonald’s, Upper Deck, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Jersey Mike’s Subs are also proud sponsors of this annual event.
The entry fee is $20 (includes a LA Kings Beach Towel) and every participant who registers will be entered in a raffle for a $200 TeamLA Gift Card. The top two highest ranking overall competitors in each age division from the skater Semifinals and the age division goalie champion will also receive two lower bowl tickets to an upcoming Kings game.
