Beginner's Workshop

PrintThe LA Kings will host a Beginner’s Workshop on four consecutive Friday’s (beginning Nov. 30) at Pickwick Ice Arena in Burbank (1001 Riverside Drive). The workshop is designed as an affordable way to start playing hockey. All necessary equipment will be provided.
The Beginner’s Workshop includes the following for $400:
Full NEW set of hockey equipment to KEEP (includes skates, shin guards, socks, hockey pants, elbow pads, shoulder pads, jersey, gloves, helmet, stick and bag).
Four hours of professional on-ice instruction by Daryl Evans, Kings radio color commentator and member of the LA Kings Alumni Association Presented By Toyota.

Equipment fitting: during normal business hours at HockeyTron the week of Nov. 26 (5300 Katella Ave in Los Alamitos)
On-ice session: Friday, Nov. 30 at 5:40 p.m. (Pickwick Ice Arena)
On-ice session: Friday, Dec. 7 at 5:40 p.m. (Pickwick Ice Arena)
On-ice session: Friday, Dec. 14 at 5:40 p.m. (Pickwick Ice Arena)
On-ice session: Friday, Dec. 21 at 5:40 p.m. (Pickwick Ice Arena)
