The Los Angeles Kings and Enterprise Rent-A-Car have teamed up for a special “Seats For Soldiers” program, which will take place on Veteran’s Day (Thursday) as the Kings host the Dallas Stars at STAPLES Center at 7:30 p.m.

Through this program Kings tickets will be purchased and donated to Military Personnel and their families. So far more than 1,000 tickets have already been purchased and donated to bases and charities including: USO, LA Air Force Base, Camp Pendleton, Blue Star Mothers and Operation Gratitude.

In addition Kings Team Captain Dustin Brown is donating 40 tickets as part of his “Make My Monday” initiative on Twitter and Facebook, and is asking fans to join him to thank our military.

For every $30 ticket purchased, the Kings and Enterprise Rent-A-Car will donate one ticket to a member of the U.S. Military.

Fans can earn incentives for the amount of tickets donated:
1-9 tickets: Fan will receive recognition on the scoreboard during the game
10-29 tickets: Fans will receive two FREE 100-level tickets
30-69 tickets: Fans will receive four FREE 100-level tickets and a signed puck
70+ tickets: Fans will receive six FREE 100-level tickets and a signed jersey

The Kings (10-3-0), tied for the most points in the NHL, continue their five-game homestand Thursday against Dallas at 7:30 p.m. There will be a special pre-game ceremony honoring Ryan Smyth, who played in his 1,000th career NHL game Saturday against Nashville.

The Kings will close out the homestand Saturday against the New York Islanders, with puck drop again slated for 7:30 p.m. Both games this week will be broadcast on FS West, KTLK 1150 and along the Kings Radio Network.
