Kings Recall Jake Muzzin From Manchester (AHL)

Muzzin, 21, has played in six Kings games this season, his first in the NHL. He has one point (an assist) and zero penalty minutes. He was assigned by the Kings to the Monarchs on Saturday.
The 6-3, 213 pound Muzzin is a native of Woodstock, Ontario. He was signed by the Kings as an unrestricted free agent on January 4, 2010.
Doughty, 20, suffered an upper-body injury on Wednesday night at STAPLES Center during the Kings’ victory against Carolina. In five games this season, Doughty has one point (an assist) and two penalty minutes.
The Kings (5-2-0) continue their five-game road trip tonight against the Minnesota Wild at 5 p.m. (PT). The game will be broadcast on VERSUS, KTLK 1150 and along the Kings Radio Network.
The Kings trip also features games at Chicago on Wednesday and at Dallas on Thursday, with both of those games being broadcast on FS West, KTLK 1150 and along the Kings Radio Network.
