A Look at the 2009-10 Roster
It's amazing to think that the Kings are younger this year than last year, despite starting the season with three rookies - Drew Doughty, Oscar Moller and Wayne Simmonds on the roster in 2008-09.

The Kings core remains in tact but numerous changes amongst the group of forwards and blue liners have strengthened the club, which now averages 25.8 years of age amongst its players, down from 26.3 years ago. In addition, the Kings NHL experience has increased from an average of 3.96 years in 2008-09 to 2009-10.

In addition, take a look at what some experts thing about the upcoming season:
TSN's Pierre McGuire on the Western Conference
Former King Kelly Hrudey Previews the Pacific Division
TSN's Darren Dreger on Western Conference

Take a look at the comparison between this season and last in addition to the opening night roster for both years.
