Q & A With Eric Lacroix
LAKings.com caught up with former Kings left wing Eric Lacroix to continue the "Six Questions" series.

During his 8-year NHL career, Lacroix played three seasons with the Kings during two different stints, from 1994-96 and a portion the 1998-99 season. While on the team Lacroix scored 137 points (67-70=137) in 472 games. During the 1998-99 season, Lacroix played for Colorado Avalanche, Kings and New York Rangers over the course of a few months. The son of Avalanche President Pierre Lacroix, Eric Lacroix was named Colorado's Director of Player Operations on June 3, 2009.
LAKings.com: What is your favorite moment from your time on the Kings?
Lacroix: Scoring my first NHL goal against the Edmonton Oilers.
LAKings.com: What was the best perk of playing hockey in Los Angeles?
Lacroix: Playing in front of some of the best, most loyal fans in the game.
LAKings.com: If you could go back and change something about your career, what would it be?
Lacroix: Sometimes you get caught up in the moment and you don't fully appreciate what it is like to play in the NHL.
LAKings.com: If you could play on a line with a member of the Kings, past or present roster, who would it be and why?
Lacroix: I was fortunate enough to play with Gretzky back then and my answer would have to stay at that.
LAKings.com: What is one sentence that describes your time on the Kings?
Lacroix: Great years of my career and most importantly great friends, on and off the ice.
