KINGS HOST ROOKIE CAMP PRACTICES

The Los Angeles Kings are scheduled to host three Rookie Camp practices at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo next Monday and Tuesday (September 5-6) before the club departs for San Jose and the "Pacific Division Shootout" – a four-team tournament featuring prospects from the Kings, Anaheim, Phoenix and San Jose -- that begins on Wednesday, September 7, at Logitech Ice at San Jose. Each of the three practices are FREE and open to the public.

A Kings Rookie Camp roster of 29 players (16 forwards, nine defensemen and four goalies) is expected to participate in two practices scheduled for Monday, September 5 (one from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the other from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) Players will be available to the media after each practice.

Another on-ice workout is also scheduled for Tuesday, September 6 (from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.). Players will once again be available to the media following the Tuesday morning session.

The Kings entire training camp roster is scheduled to begin training camp on Tuesday, September 13 at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo.
