THE CALGARY FLAMES VS JEFF CARTER POINTS UPDATE:

Looks like we might have to change this to Jeff Carter vs The Florida Panthers.

ARE THE LA KINGS IN THE PLAYOFFS?
YES.

Tonight at Staples Center is the 4th Annual LA Dodgers Pride Night. And the LA Kings are wearing special Dodgers-themed jerseys for warmups that will be auctioned off by the Kings Care Foundation.

And Dodgers Night Ticket package buyers even get a souvenir baseball!

For the home goaltenders' sake...
they are giving it away as you EXIT the building.

We've covered LA Dodgers Pride Night a couple times before... but since mostly everyone in Los Angeles is buzzing about the possible relationship between the Dodgers and Kings for next season, we here at The Royal Half thought we'd take a look back at The Top 5 Kings-Dodgers Crossover Moments of All Time!!!

5) MIKE PIAZZA VISITS THE LA KINGS

Before former LA Dodgers catcher Mike Piazza was trashing one of the most beloved men of all time, he was hanging out in the LA Kings locker room during the early 1990s.

Seriously, have you ever seen a cooler photo?

Okay... I get it. But NOW have you ever seen a cooler photo that this one?

Ok, I give up.

4) TOMMY LASORDA

In January of 2008, Tommy Lasorda came to a LA Kings game with the specific mission of rallying the team.

I'm not sure Tommy has any idea where he is.

Obviously Tommy's pep talk had a lot of affect on that 2007-08 LA Kings team, right? RIGHT?!?

Right.

Maybe Lasorda should have told a joke instead.

Tommy Lasorda, gadget soothsayer.

3) DUSTIN BROWN HANGS IN THE DUGOUT

Dustin Brown has a long tradition of being a LA Dodgers fan. So you can imagine how much fun he had hanging in the LA Dodgers dugout in 2010.

Even without audio, people on Twitter are already screaming that Dustin Brown is better than Jon Quick.

Well, at least that video is better than the most recent Dodgers-related video that Dustin Brown was featured in.

Tommy Lasorda is actually the best actor in this video.

Just trying to figure out why Wayne Gretzky is standing in jeans and a sport coat in the middle of a rink.

2) DODGER STADIUM THE NIGHT THE LA KINGS WON THE STANLEY CUP

There really is nothing like sitting in the last row of the upper deck at
Dodger Stadium wearing a Gretzky jersey on the single most
important night in the history of the LA Kings franchise.

1) SCORELESS STREAKS

In 1988, during the middle of his incredible 59 scoreless innings streak, Orel Hershiser took the time to come to a LA Kings game at the Great Western Forum and sign autographs.

In 2012, during the middle of his incredible streak of not scoring goals, Dustin Penner took the time to come to a LA Dodgers game at the Dodger Stadium and sign autographs.

And show off his amazing mustache.

Besides... it's not like this is the 1st time a guy has come to LA from Canada in a trade and then totally forgotten how to play his sport.

Shawn Green forever.

And IronsightDesign is also paying tribute to the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Kings tonight...
